Administrative-Financial Technician — Treasury and Current Accounts

Love Pet Alliance, a Portuguese company based in Vila Nova de Gaia, specializes in developing and distributing its own brands of pet food, hygiene products, and accessories, serving over 2,000 professional clients across European markets and the Middle East. We are expanding our team to support the growth of our brands and international operations. Reporting directly to management, this role involves rigorous oversight of daily financial activities, including treasury management, current account monitoring, and direct coordination with external accounting and auditing teams. Key duties include performing bank reconciliations and daily financial control; managing client and supplier current accounts (collections and verifications); preparing and scheduling payments according to the internal approval process; classifying, organizing, and handling administrative documents; supporting the monthly closing process; liaising with external accountants and auditors; and using management software (Moloni), Excel, and banking platforms, along with related administrative tasks. Required qualifications include a degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a similar field; proven experience in administrative-financial or treasury roles; strong proficiency with management tools (Moloni or similar ERP) and Excel; and solid written English skills. Preferred experience includes prior work or collaboration with external accounting firms and auditing teams. The position offers a base salary of €1,200 per month, a fixed-term contract of 6 months with the potential for permanent integration, and a full-time on-site schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute pause.
