Senior HR Specialist – Aveiro

A Ditame is recruiting a Senior Human Resources Specialist (HR Generalist) to join a multinational client company based in Aveiro. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of labor legislation and the ability to manage core HR processes autonomously and rigorously. Key responsibilities: • Handling employee administration and coordinating with the external payroll provider; • Managing admissions, contracts, contract modifications, and terminations; • Overseeing attendance, leave, and absence management; • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and legal obligations; • Supporting recruitment and talent management initiatives; • Preparing HR indicators and reports; • Participating in HR audits and ensuring GDPR compliance. Candidate profile: • Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field; • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in similar roles; • Solid understanding of labor legislation; • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. We value experience in multinational environments, HR audits, and knowledge of foreign languages. What we offer: • Gross monthly base salary between €1,400 and €1,900, depending on experience; • Meal allowance of €10 per day, paid via card; • Approximate total monthly compensation between €1,600 and €2,100; • Integration into a solid multinational company; • Broad and autonomous role; • On-site work in Aveiro.
