Recruitment Business Partner (Temporary Resource) | Lisbon

The Adecco Human Resources team is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner for a large-scale international project in a dynamic, innovative, and multicultural corporate setting. This is a temporary position based in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding and challenging hiring managers' needs to creating compelling job advertisements, assessing candidates, and providing feedback. They will also design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for both single and multi-hire scenarios, collaborate with hiring managers and HR, and represent the company at career events. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and a background in corporate recruitment within Engineering, IT, or Finance. Experience with high-volume recruitment, a customer-focused approach, a continuous improvement mindset, and fluency in English are required. The role offers a salary of €1,600-1,900, a 6-month contract, a hybrid working model, and a modern office environment. Availability to travel to the Lisbon office is necessary.
