Junior Scrum Master — Lisboa

We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master to join the Global Commercial Operations – Digital, Technology and Innovation team at AMGEN Capability Center Portugal. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor the team on Scrum practices, work closely with Product Owners, and help eliminate obstacles to ensure smooth delivery. You will also drive continuous improvement, track team progress, and support the scaling of Agile practices across the organization. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience and a solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks. While not mandatory, a Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master certification, along with familiarity with Jira and Confluence, would be an advantage.
