Recruitment Business Partner — Lisbon

Adecco Human Resources is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner for a temporary assignment in Lisbon, supporting a major international initiative within a vibrant, forward-thinking, and multicultural corporate setting. Your role will involve overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key duties include: translating manager requirements into compelling job advertisements; evaluating applicants and offering constructive feedback; managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and final selection; crafting and executing creative sourcing strategies to build a talent pool; developing approaches for multiple simultaneous hires; collaborating with hiring managers and HR to plan resources and set campaign timelines; and representing the company at career fairs and employer branding events. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills using professional networks, social media, job boards, and other channels, and familiarity with corporate hiring in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a track record of handling high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines, a customer-centric approach to delivering top-tier service to hiring teams and positively shaping candidate experiences, a continuous improvement and data-driven mindset, and the ability to regularly commute to our Lisbon office. Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous. We offer a salary of €1,600–€1,900 per month, a 6-month contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension, a hybrid work arrangement, a modern workspace with excellent transport links, and a comprehensive onboarding program.
