Supplier Quality Engineer – Automotive Sector (Palmela)

We are hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer for a leading multinational in the automotive industry, based in Palmela. In this role, you will oversee supplier performance, conduct audits, and drive quality improvements. Key responsibilities include: evaluating supplied materials, ensuring compliance throughout the supply chain, performing supplier visits and audits (domestic), monitoring supplier production processes, addressing non-conformities, reporting to the Quality Manager, and collaborating with Purchasing, Production, and Continuous Improvement teams. We are looking for a candidate with a junior or early-career profile (preferred), a background in Industrial Quality (education or experience), supplier quality experience (valued), automotive sector experience (ideal), and a dynamic, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitude.
