Business Process Improvement Manager

We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to lead a team that reviews, documents, and enhances business processes in finance operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and consistency. You will support the move of finance activities into a centralized shared services setup, assess current processes, spot improvement areas, and design scalable future-state solutions. You will work with regional stakeholders and operational teams, develop and run change management initiatives, and facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions. You will also identify and mitigate risks related to process, technology, compliance, and operations, drive continuous improvement projects, lead root-cause analysis, monitor performance metrics, and act as a bridge between business teams and centralized operations. Additionally, you will coach and develop your team members. Perfil pretendido: A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; proven experience in process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or finance operations; people management experience; a strong background in change management, shared services, and process transitions; experience working with international stakeholders; an analytical mindset; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement; and project management experience.
