Business Analyst — Automotive Sector

We are seeking a Business Analyst for a multinational automotive client that is establishing a new Regional Shared Service Centre. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to various functions, translating reporting needs into actionable insights. Your key responsibilities will include: consolidating KPI data from multiple sources to ensure reliability; defining and maintaining reporting standards, governance, and ownership; producing regular management reports that emphasize performance, trends, risks, and opportunities; analyzing metrics to uncover variances and improvement areas; facilitating discussions to refine reporting and resolve data issues; developing dashboards and executive presentations; driving automation and data quality enhancements; and communicating complex information clearly to diverse audiences. You will also build strong cross-functional relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively. Ideal candidate profile: a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; experience in business analysis, reporting, or KPI governance; a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and convert requirements into reporting solutions; experience with executive-level reports and dashboards; strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; excellent communication and presentation abilities; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; a proactive and curious mindset; and knowledge of finance or performance management is a plus.
