Relationship Manager (English & Spanish)

We are seeking a Relationship Manager fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will nurture lasting relationships with key clients, offering bespoke financial solutions tailored to their needs. Acting as their primary contact, you will ensure prompt issue resolution and high satisfaction levels. You will work closely with internal departments to boost client engagement and service quality. Your duties include leading periodic service evaluations, participating in board meetings (including taking minutes), and guiding clients on sustainability and ESG matters to help embed these practices into their strategies. You will also coordinate communication across teams and manage initiatives like fund launches, liquidations, and migrations. Keeping stakeholders—from senior management to clients—informed on project and service progress is essential. Additionally, you will spot cross-selling opportunities and suggest new services that match client requirements. Profile: A degree in Finance; 5–10 years of experience in a ManCo/AIFM, asset manager, or Big 4 advisory firm; deep knowledge of Luxembourg's regulatory landscape (such as AIFMD, UCITS, and CSSF Circular 18/698); outstanding organizational and communication abilities; the capacity to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated setting; strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail; full professional proficiency in English; a collaborative mindset for working across functions; familiarity with CRM tools.
