Adecco Human Resources is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary role based in Lisbon, supporting a major international initiative within a dynamic and multicultural corporate setting. In this position, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to delivering a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to identify their needs and translate them into compelling job advertisements. - Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection. - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline, particularly for multi-hire roles. - Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to align resource planning and establish realistic timelines for recruitment campaigns. - Represent the company at career fairs and other employer branding events. Candidate Profile: - 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment management. - Proven skills in utilizing professional networks, social media, job boards, and other channels for sourcing. - Familiarity with corporate recruitment in sectors such as Engineering, IT, and Finance. - Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while meeting deadlines. - Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering excellent service to both candidates and internal stakeholders. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - Willingness to travel to the Lisbon office regularly. - Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
