Collections Agent (FR/EN) — Miraflores, Algés

We are seeking a Collections Agent fluent in French to join our team in Miraflores, Algés. Responsibilities: • Oversee a portfolio of clients in an international setting. • Ensure that payments are made on time; follow up on accounts that are overdue. • Address customer complaints and redirect them to the appropriate subsidiaries. • Collect missing accounting information via phone or email. • Negotiate diplomatically and reinforce company policies. • Keep precise notes of interactions and complaints. • Detect and suggest solutions to resolve customer account problems. • Foster solid relationships internally (with SSC and subsidiaries) and externally (clients). Preferred profile: • French at C1 level. • English at a B1 level. • Proficiency in Excel and SAP. • At least 3 years in cash collection or a comparable area; experience in a shared service center is valued. • Sound understanding of finance and strong attention to detail. Offer details: • Hybrid work year. • Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. • Weekly schedule of 40 hours. • Starting salary of €1,200. • Meal allowance of €9.60 per working day.
