BIM Technician / Tekla Structures Modeler – tecnibuild Group

The tecnibuild Group is strengthening its team to integrate BIM methodology into its design, manufacturing, and construction workflows. We seek a professional skilled in Tekla Structures who is keen to create solutions for industrialized and precast concrete construction. This role is key to bridging design, factory production, and on-site assembly, advancing the group's digitalization and industrialization initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop BIM models of precast concrete elements and industrialized components using Tekla Structures; Coordinate and align architectural and engineering designs; Create models optimized for production and construction; Generate technical drawings, detailed designs, and manufacturing lists; Facilitate technical coordination among design, production, and site teams; Design industrialized construction solutions; Actively drive the adoption of BIM across the group. Candidate Profile: Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Architecture, or a related field; Basic knowledge of Tekla Structures; Interest in industrialized construction, prefabrication, and BIM methods; Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans; Familiarity with SolidWorks; Experience or interest in modular and industrialized building; Understanding of BIM clash detection; Background in site, production, or factory environments; Knowledge of supplementary BIM and CAD tools; Analytical, well-organized, problem-solving mindset; Team collaboration and multidisciplinary coordination skills; Ability to focus and prioritize; Structured technical curiosity with goal orientation.
