In this role, you'll be the bridge between our organization and government agencies, ensuring that all requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with legal standards. You'll safeguard our users' privacy by meticulously analyzing each request against stringent regulations, while also providing timely responses that meet service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to government requests in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. - Protecting user privacy through thorough analysis of each request, ensuring compliance with our robust policies. - Collaborating with European law enforcement and other government entities, maintaining professionalism in all communications. - Adapting to varying workloads, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous support. - Demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking in a fast-paced, start-up culture. To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent reading, writing, and conversational skills. - The ability to work independently, showcasing sound judgment and analytical thinking. - Proficiency in various computer systems, internet technologies, and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, online research tools). - Confidence in interacting with European police and government agents, both in writing and over the phone, with a calm and professional demeanor. - A knack for adhering to specific processes to maintain high productivity and quality standards. - Comfort in navigating a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
