You'll safeguard our users' privacy by meticulously analyzing each request against stringent regulations, while also providing timely responses that meet service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to government requests in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. - Protecting user privacy through thorough analysis of each request, ensuring compliance with our robust policies. - Collaborating with European law enforcement and other government entities, maintaining professionalism in all communications. - Adapting to varying workloads, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous support. - Demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking in a fast-paced, start-up culture. To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent reading, writing, and conversational skills. - The ability to work independently, showcasing sound judgment and analytical thinking. - Proficiency in various computer systems, internet technologies, and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, online research tools). - Confidence in interacting with European police and government agents, both in writing and over the phone, with a calm and professional demeanor. - A knack for adhering to specific processes to maintain high productivity and quality standards. - Comfort in navigating a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
