Customer Operations Expert – Generative AI Revolution (Based in Lisbon) Location: Lisbon Start Date: 14 and 21/09/2026 Are you excited about the latest tech breakthroughs? In this role, you'll provide direct support to individual users and corporate clients of the world's most renowned AI research organization—the creators of the most popular AI chatbot globally. If you're a natural troubleshooter who excels in a dynamic, forward-thinking setting, this is your gateway to the elite tech industry. Responsibilities: - Deliver top-notch, reactive support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to both consumers and business clients. - Guide users on deploying and maximizing advanced generative AI products. - Resolve complex issues such as account access problems, login errors, and platform glitches. - Assist business clients with billing, licensing, and invoicing queries. - Ensure high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed performance benchmarks and service level agreements. Perfil pretendido: - Native or near-native English proficiency (both written and spoken). - Strong interest in AI, automation, and new digital technologies. - Excellent communication, logical troubleshooting, and empathy for handling high-value corporate clients. - Must be available to start on September 7th, 2026, with a commitment of 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break). Oferta: - Guaranteed base salary: €938.00 per month. - Meal allowance: €154.00 per month on average (€7.00 per working day). - Holiday and Christmas allowances: an additional €156.34 per month, paid in regular monthly installments. - Performance bonus: up to €200.00 per month for meeting quality targets. - Total monthly gross: €1,248.34 (excluding bonuses). - Total potential monthly gross: up to €1,448.34 (including the maximum bonus). - Fully paid training: 15 working days (8 hours per day), with a daily rate of €18.56 (€92.80 per week). - Training covers full software integration, specialized product training on advanced AI architectures, and world-class customer management modules.
