German-speaking HR Partner (m/f/d)

A global Shared Service Center in Lisbon is expanding its HR team and is recruiting an HR Partner (m/f/d) fluent in German and English. Responsabilidades: - Act as the primary contact for employees and managers on HR topics, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across multiple countries. - Guide new hires from offer letter through onboarding and post-start follow-up to ensure smooth integration. - Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy; support daily HR processes, mobility, and documentation management. - Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documents; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects. Perfil pretendido: - Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent hands-on experience. - Fluency in German and English (mandatory). - Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and people-focused. - Detail-oriented with the ability to bring structure and accuracy to processes. - Comfortable working with multicultural teams and international stakeholders. - Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
