Responsibilities - Validate and analyze the consistency of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) for payments. - Execute client data checks and validations across internal and external platforms. - Reach out to clients and counterparties to confirm payment details. - Maintain, create, and update settlement instructions across various organizational systems. - Monitor suspicious transactions using existing control tools. - Oversee daily operational risk management related to the role. - Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to address operational issues. - Escalate and report significant operational incidents, including errors, breaches, and critical events. - Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to internal and external audit standards. - Guarantee that all controls are fully executed, with any deviations or incidents promptly handled and documented. - Support the development, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of business processes and procedures. - Ensure compliance with internal protocols, regulatory requirements, and control standards. Perfil pretendido - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline. - 1 to 3 years of professional experience in financial or banking operations or similar roles. - Familiarity with financial products. - Understanding of banking operations. - Basic knowledge of international payments and the SWIFT network. - Knowledge of international financial regulations (preferred). - Awareness of risk management practices (preferred). - Proficiency in Excel. - Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
