Collections Representative – French Language

Manage all credit card charge inquiries, process payments with the bank, and handle refunds. Report chargebacks and penalty charges, and allocate payments to the correct debt. Conduct thorough investigations to resolve external department queries. Assist the team lead in fostering open customer communication and enforcing high service standards. Collaborate with team members to standardize processes and maximize efficiency. Drive continuous process improvement.
