Collections Agent (FR/EN) — Miraflores, Algés

We are hiring a French-speaking Collections Agent to join our international team in Miraflores, Algés, under a hybrid work model. This role is ideal for someone with cash collection experience who is looking to grow professionally in a multinational environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee a portfolio of clients in an international context - Guarantee that payments are made on time and chase overdue accounts - Address customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate subsidiaries - Obtain missing accounting details through phone and email communication - Negotiate with clients tactfully while enforcing company policies - Keep precise records of all interactions and complaints - Detect and suggest solutions for issues affecting customer accounts - Foster strong relationships with both internal teams (SSC and subsidiaries) and external clients Profile: - Native or near-native French (C1) - English at B1 level - Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP - At least 3 years of experience in cash collection or a comparable position, with shared service center experience being a plus (mandatory) - Solid finance background and meticulous attention to detail Offer: - Hybrid working arrangement - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 40-hour workweek - Base salary of €1,200 - Meal allowance of €9.60 per day If you are interested, apply now to become part of our international team!
