Collections Agent — Miraflores, Algés

We are seeking a Collections Agent for a hybrid role based in Miraflores, Algés. If you have a strong command of English and are looking to advance in finance, this position offers the chance to collaborate with international partners and apply a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: • Oversee a diverse portfolio of international clients • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure payments are made on time • Address customer complaints and direct them to appropriate departments • Obtain missing accounting data via phone and email • Negotiate tactfully while upholding company policies • Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and issues • Identify account discrepancies and propose solutions • Foster strong relationships with both internal teams (SSC and subsidiaries) and external clients Profile: • English proficiency at C1 level • Advanced skills in Excel and SAP • At least 3 years of experience in cash collection or a related field (SSC experience is advantageous but mandatory) • Strong financial knowledge and meticulous attention to detail Offer: • Hybrid working arrangement • Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 • 40 hours per week • Base salary of €1,200 • Meal allowance of €9.60 per day If you are eager to develop your career in a multinational setting and contribute daily, we encourage you to apply and become part of a collaborative global team.
