Junior HR Generalist — Loures

Multinational company is looking for a Junior HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join a structured team in Loures, working closely with the business in a dynamic operational environment with strong internal client contact. Reporting to the Talent and Development Coordinator, this role will have a generalist focus, particularly on: recruitment and selection, mainly for operational and unskilled profiles as well as some corporate roles; full management of temporary work, including partner relationships, contracts, internal needs, and cost control; overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and liaising with Social Security and internal systems; supporting benefits management, external partnerships, and internal HR initiatives; contributing to process improvement, recruitment platforms, and internal events and employer branding activities.
