French-Speaking Reservations Agent — Madrid

We are seeking a Reservations Agent (M/F/Other) to join the Central Reservation Office of Minor Hotels in Madrid. This role involves handling booking requests across direct and indirect channels, from the initial request to confirmation, while providing detailed information about hotels, products, and services. You will also be expected to perform up-selling and cross-selling actions to boost revenue and exceed customer expectations, ensuring top-quality service. You will report to the Supervisor.
