Credit Card Clerk

Manage all inquiries related to credit card charges, submit transactions to the bank for payment processing, handle refunds, report chargebacks, and manage penalty charge fees. Duties also include allocating payments to the correct debt, investigating and resolving queries from external departments, assisting the team lead in fostering open communication with customers to maintain high service standards, collaborating with team members to implement and standardize processes for maximum efficiency, and providing input for continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and service quality.
