Specialist in Supply Chain for Outbound Operations

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to lead process improvement initiatives in outbound logistics and central inventory management. The role involves establishing and implementing standards for supply chain management, best practices, and operational excellence in areas such as freight and order management. You will assist functional teams in executing changes and projects, contribute to system developments and deployments using SAP SD and SAP TM, define and monitor KPIs and OPIs, maintain a benefits database, and disseminate best practices. Additionally, you will coordinate demand and create supply chain solutions to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Perfil pretendido: - At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically in Outbound Operations or Customer Outbound Management. - Proven track record in global material flow management and system rollouts. - Experience in project and change management. - Strong financial insight. - Working knowledge of SAP SD, ECC, and SAP TM. - Fluency in English and willingness to travel. - Desirable: negotiation skills, independent decision-making, and a creative, forward-thinking approach.
