Data Systems Technical Lead

In this role, you will serve as the Data Systems Technical Lead, tasked with shaping the company's data direction and integration blueprint. You'll oversee a compact development team, institute coding guidelines, carry out peer reviews, and uphold the standard of deliverables. On a daily basis, you will construct data schemas for analytics, deploy extraction pipelines, and orchestrate system linking. You'll partner with business contacts to discern their requirements and turn them into technical outputs. You'll also take part in regular backlog refinement and architecture discussions. Moreover, you will appraise and propose new technologies, particularly cloud services, and help advance the data infrastructure, including moving systems. Responsibilities: - Build and refine data schemas to aid business analytics. - Formulate and roll out cross-system data liaison plans. - Create ETL flows and structures to speed up data transit. - Head the development team by laying down coding norms, checking code, and safeguarding output excellence. - Work with business contacts to grasp key priorities and convert them into tech deliverables. - Join consistent backlog grooming and technical design sessions. - Evaluate and suggest tech solutions, highlighting cloud options when suitable. - Assist in progressing the data infrastructure and migration tasks.
