Cook — Sublime Comporta

Sublime Comporta, a member of the Sublime Curated Hospitality Group, runs several dining concepts: Sem Porta (contemporary international with Portuguese touches), Canalha Comporta (Portuguese-Iberian by Chef João Rodrigues), Food Circle (fire-based with live cooking), Davvero (modern Italian), and Beefbar (global street food and premium meats). We are now hiring a Cook. Responsabilidades: - Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and quality standards. - Maintain cleanliness and proper use of equipment, utensils, and ingredients. - Work with the kitchen team and other departments to deliver excellent service. - Adhere to HACCP regulations. - Assist with requisitions and support the Chef and Sous Chef. Perfil pretendido: - Proven experience in similar roles. - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills; resilience. - Team player attitude. - Fluency in English.
