Bartender Position

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure each guest receives a warm greeting and a pleasant farewell, embodying the brand’s standards. - Adhere strictly to brand guidelines and maintain the highest service quality. - Attend to guests at the bar, take beverage and snack orders, and serve promptly. - Clear and reset tables as needed; serve food items when required. - Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly. Required Abilities: - Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong customer service orientation. - Creative approach in drink presentation and problem-solving. - Positive and approachable demeanor. - Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written). - Excellent technique in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. - Solid knowledge of mixology for both classic and innovative cocktails. - Planning, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. - Impeccable interpersonal and social perceptiveness. - Ability to gauge and respond to customer satisfaction levels. Experience and Personal Attributes: - Minimum three years of professional bartending experience in a similar environment (e.g., hotel with multiple rooms and conference spaces). - Preferred: a track record of working on behalf of guests, collaborating effectively with colleagues, succeeding in a matrixed organization, and identifying business opportunities. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize guest needs and work well in a team.
