A multinational leader in smart home and building automation, focusing on motorized and connected solutions for shutters, blinds, doors, and security, is recruiting a Consolidation & Reporting Analyst (m/f/d). Due to ongoing global growth and transformation, the company is expanding its presence in Portugal, with Lisbon becoming a key hub for shared services. This new Shared Services Center supports international operations, especially in finance and business support, offering a multicultural environment and strong career development prospects within a global organization. **Responsabilidades:** - Contribute to the quarterly and annual consolidation process under IFRS, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, along with drafting accounts and closing notes. - Perform intercompany reconciliations, confirm balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve differences before reporting deadlines. - Lead the IFRS 16 workstream, ensuring consistent reporting across subsidiaries using Viareport and proper reconciliation at the consolidated level. - Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, regulatory reports, notes to accounts, and disclosure schedules. - Ensure full adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, IFRS standards, and regulatory reporting obligations. - Liaise with local finance teams, controllers, auditors, and other stakeholders to address reporting queries and ensure timely submissions. - Assist in the monthly accounting close process, working closely with international finance teams to guarantee accurate and timely financial reports. - Support affiliate submissions by analyzing financial trends, variances, and performance metrics. - Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting, enhance consolidation workflows, and boost automation. **Perfil pretendido:** - 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, or IFRS Reporting. - 2–3 years of audit firm experience is a plus. - Mandatory hands-on experience with Hyperion. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems. - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and handling large data volumes. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS requirements. - Experience in shared service and multinational environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. - Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA are advantageous. - Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to question inefficient processes. **Oferta:** - A challenging role in an expanding Shared Service Center. - Career growth opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced multinational environment. - Chance to contribute to a transformation journey and process innovations that drive impact.
