Junior O2C Specialist (French-speaking) – Med Equipment - 3000€ Bonus

We are seeking a Junior O2C Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal, in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting operational performance targets and ensuring client satisfaction through high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvements. As a Junior O2C Specialist, your duties will include: accurately processing customer orders, generating invoices and credit notes in line with company policies, applying customer payments daily, monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and following up on overdue invoices, resolving straightforward customer inquiries while escalating more complex issues, assisting with reconciliations and month-end/quarter-end closing activities, and maintaining up-to-date customer master data in our ERP system. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in French at a C2 level and have strong English proficiency at a C1 level, possess 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations, have a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles, demonstrate good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables), are familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (a plus), and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
