Collections Agent — Miraflores, Algés

We are seeking a Collections Agent for a hybrid role based in Miraflores, Algés. If you are fluent in English and looking to advance in finance, this position offers the chance to engage with international clients and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring prompt payment collection, following up on overdue accounts, addressing customer complaints and directing them to appropriate departments, obtaining missing accounting details via phone and email, negotiating diplomatically while upholding company policies, maintaining precise records of interactions, identifying account irregularities and proposing solutions, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams such as SSC and subsidiaries, as well as external clients. The ideal candidate will have C1-level English proficiency, advanced Excel and SAP skills, at least three years of experience in cash collection or a related field (SSC experience is advantageous), and a robust understanding of finance with meticulous attention to detail. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, a 40-hour workweek, a base salary of €1,200, and a daily meal allowance of €9.60.
