Executive Assistant for COCO in Lisbon

We need an exceptionally organized, energetic, and positive assistant to support our Chief Commercial & Operational Officer (COCO) in a fast-paced, ever-changing hospitality environment. You'll ensure seamless daily operations, coordinate with the Senior Management Team (SMT), manage calendars, travel plans, meetings, and act as the central point of contact. The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality brand with locations across Europe, including Portugal. If you're proactive, adaptable, and thrive on constant change, this role is for you. Responsabilidades: - Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring nothing is overlooked. - Adapt quickly to fast-paced, changing environments. - Stay productive and flexible during unexpected challenges. - Coordinate executive schedules with fellow assistants and support office management. - Handle urgent requests and last-minute changes as needed. - Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agendas, presentations, locations, catering, and tech setup. - Arrange detailed travel plans: flights, hotels, dining, and transport. - Manage the COCO's calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings and personal appointments. - Serve as the COCO's point of contact, handling calls, emails, and other communications. - Organize SMT off-sites.
