SAP Functional Trainer — Lisbon

A global technology consultancy is seeking an SAP Functional Trainer to support a major digital transformation in the utilities sector. This hybrid role, based in Lisbon, involves delivering SAP training and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. The position offers a permanent contract directly with the consultancy. Responsibilities: - Conduct SAP functional training sessions for business users. - Assist users throughout the UAT phase. - Clarify business processes and SAP workflows in an accessible manner. - Provide functional support during testing activities. - Develop training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation. - Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and project teams. Profile: - Proven experience in delivering SAP functional training. - Background in UAT or functional testing. - Strong functional expertise in SAP. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Experience in creating training and knowledge transfer resources. - Capability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to have: - Experience in the utilities sector. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori. - Prior work in Agile environments. - Exposure to international or distributed teams.
