Customer Service Agent (FR/EN) — Lisbon

We are seeking a dynamic French-speaking Customer Service Agent to handle a variety of requests from our Members, including taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, flight tickets, insurance and electronic payment support, as well as offering advice and recommendations. You will need to be curious, resourceful, and creative to deliver an outstanding experience. Perfil pretendido: - Fluent in French (native or C1+) and English (B2+); - Ability to work independently and manage your schedule; - Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, availability, and courtesy; - Attention to detail and commitment to quality: rigor, precision, reliability; - Comfortable with computer tools and office software (Office, CRM); - Excellent written and spoken French (spelling and syntax); - Flexibility to work staggered hours; - Motivation to join a competent, cheerful, and supportive team. Oferta: - Workplace: central Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade; - Permanent employment contract; - 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (Sunday optional), from 7:00 to 21:00; - Base salary of 1300€ plus quarterly bonuses; - Transport allowance: 30€; - Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day; - Health insurance after 6 months; - Remote work option (2 days per week) after 6 months; - Opportunity to join a company and an international group with career development prospects.
