Financial Analyst (French & English Speaker) — Lisbon (Hybrid)

Recruit a Financial Analyst who is fluent in French and English for a hybrid position based in Lisbon. Responsibilities include overseeing daily billing and invoicing operations across various markets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and established procedures, validating controls and documentation (including monthly checks and incident follow-ups), preparing audit files, and supporting internal and external audits. The role also involves suggesting and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and minimize errors, guaranteeing timely delivery of invoices, reports, and responses to inquiries (escalating issues when necessary), managing email and phone communications while providing regular updates on pending matters, and collaborating with the team through knowledge sharing and support for transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related area, has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), possesses advanced spoken and written skills in both English and French, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and organizational skills.
