SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for an SAP FICO professional to configure processes that align with client business requirements, covering integration points with SD, MM, and other modules. You will use service-specific tools and procedures, identify opportunities to enhance existing operations with new SAP functions, and determine root causes for recurring issues while proposing solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining SAP documentation and knowledge databases, creating detailed technical specifications for the ABAP team, collaborating on configuration changes outside SAP modules, conducting thorough testing, and identifying processes suitable for RPA implementation. Occasional travel may be required. Familiarity with agile methodologies is expected, along with a willingness to train and share knowledge across the global team. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of FICO experience and fluency in English. They are experienced in all phases of SAP FI implementation: business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, end-user training, and production support. Debugging skills and ABAP knowledge are advantageous, as is experience in application maintenance services. Candidates should be comfortable working with on/offshore teams, open to diverse cultures and mindsets, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills, both technical and user-focused, are required. Knowledge of IDOCs, LSMW, and authorization roles is necessary, and familiarity with S/4HANA is a plus.
