Senior Software Engineer — Kaizen

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join an autonomous Agile team at Kaizen, collaborating with the Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, Automation Testers, and fellow engineers to drive competitive advantage and deliver an exceptional online experience to our customers. You will also work closely with backend specialists within the Backend Chapter. Responsabilidades: - Assume ownership of applications throughout the development journey, from conception to production. - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. - Transform requirements into simple yet sophisticated technological systems. - Research and adopt new technologies to solve daily challenges effectively. - Deliver high-value features rapidly while challenging the status quo to improve both team and product. Perfil pretendido: - Proficiency in C# / ASP.NET for existing services and .NET Core for new developments. - Experience with Vue.js or Angular for front-end; familiarity with server-rendered Razor views and jQuery is a plus. - Knowledge of Microsoft Orleans for scalable distributed applications. - Strong database skills with MS SQL Server, plus Redis and ElasticSearch when appropriate. - Familiarity with RabbitMQ as a message broker. - Experience with GitLab for version control and CI, and the Atlassian stack for project management and documentation.
